What You ll Do:

  • Collaborate closely with senior management to develop and execute the organization's operational strategies and goals, aligning them with our growth objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for streamlining and enhancing operational processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall service quality.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing operations team. Delegate responsibilities effectively, provide guidance and support, and foster a collaborative and motivated work environment.
  • Efficiently allocate resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to meet operational demands and optimize resource utilization.
  • Develop and oversee the operations budget, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving measures while maintaining a high standard of service delivery.
  • Establish and oversee robust quality control procedures to ensure that our foundation repair services consistently meet industry standards and exceed customer expectations.
  • Collaborate effectively with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure a seamless supply chain, on-time deliveries, and efficient inventory management.
  • Maintain vigilant oversight of inventory levels to prevent stock outs and minimize excess inventory, contributing to cost efficiency.
  • Ensure full compliance with all health and safety regulations and proactively implement safety protocols to maintain a safe and secure work environment.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of operations, enabling data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor customer feedback and promptly address any operational issues to enhance overall customer satisfaction and maintain our reputation for excellence.
  • Generate regular reports and updates on operational performance for senior management and stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making.


What You ll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Proven track record in operations management, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for operations management.
