**Essential Functions:**

* General cleaning, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, restroom cleaning, dusting, trash removal and lawn care.

**Education & Experience Qualifications:**

* High School Diploma or GED

* Excel & Word Knowledge / experience

* Basic computer knowledge / experience

* Regular bending, lifting, stretching and reaching both below the waist and above the head.

* Walking throughout the facility and around area with great frequency.

* Dexterity in eye/hand coordination, manual (picking, pinching, holding, grasping), and wrist motion (repetitive flexion/rotation).

* Ability to climb ladders safely and without limitation

* Occasionally push and pull wheeled dollies loaded with products up to 100 pounds during site visits.

**Physical Requirement:**

* Ability to stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours.

**Additional Requirements:**

* High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

* High attention to detail

* Reliable

* Self-Motivated

* Ability to work with others

* Must adhere to the companys safety policies to create a safe work environment
